Product Description
- The liquefied petroleum gas bottling equipment suitable to batch
bottling has provided a sure guarantee for balanced production of the
production line with a higher level of automation and excellent working
conditions.The equipment is composed of the following parts:
1. Main body of the carousel
It is composed of iron and steel material shaped.it is a round rotating
object bearing a necessary complete set of equipment, connecting with
central pillar,with a deflection adjustment supporting wheel at the bottom
to support the carousel.
2. Central pillar
It is used for fixing the rotating centre.It is composed of permanent
centre,retating centre and bearing. The permanent part is fixed to the
ground to realize the supporting role.The rotating device is composed of a
centre rotating part and the carousel.
3. Starting device
It is composed of a motor deceleration device and a friction
transmission device for realizing stepless speed regulation.It starts
rotation of the disc with the help of the friction of inflated tyre.In
addition,it has been proved as an effective device for eliminating the
radial swinging stagger and reducing noise,indicating one of the major
applicable bottling technoogies at present.
4. Ring pipe
It is composed of LPG ring pipe and a compressed air ring
pipe,respectively connected with the LPG pipe of the rotating central
pillar and air ring pipe,for completing the transmission and distribution of
each set of fully automatic electronic bottling machines.A stop valve is
installed at the joining area of the ring pipe and electronic bottling
machine to facilitate easy partial repairing and maintenance of the
equipment during operation,making it possible for regional suspension
and repairing of the equipment when necessary.

1. According to production capacity as expressed by the number of bottle
positions, the LPG bottling disc may be classified as
8-10-12-14-16-18-20-22-24 position ones.
2. If according to different types of the LPG entering into the bottling
disc,they may be classified as the following:
LPG from the bottom into the bottling disc:the air and electricity from the
bottom into the bottling disc
LPG from the top into the bottling disc: the air and electricity from the
top into the bottling disc
